Charisse is a multi-faceted woman whose career has been built on a foundation of leadership, passion, and a deep commitment to empowering others. With a Master’s degree in Managerial Leadership, she spent many years building a successful career in corporate America, using her expertise to inspire growth and development in the workplace. Her leadership journey extended beyond the corporate world when she founded Point A to B Travel Agency in 2018. Through hard work and dedication, Charisse has earned recognition as an award-winning professional in the travel industry.

One of Charisse's greatest passions is creating transformative experiences for women. She organizes annual girls' trips that go beyond relaxation, offering spaces for personal development, empowerment, and healing. These trips have become powerful retreats where women come together to bond, reflect, and gain the strength to make lasting, positive changes in their lives.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Charisse is a proud mother of three daughters and a die-hard Steelers fan, embodying the spirit and resilience of her home team. She’s also an active member of the line dancing community, where she enjoys connecting with others through rhythm and movement. In her downtime, Charisse loves to relax with her grand dog, Kali Bea, who brings her comfort and joy.

As she transitions into retirement, Charisse is excited to pursue new passions. She plans to become a full-time Zumba instructor. Above all, Charisse is looking forward to spending quality time with her daughters and continuing to travel, using her life experiences to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around her.
